Sarah Michelle Gellar made her return to TV this week and now Christina Applegate has followed! The actresses' new sitcom, Up All Night, with Will Arnett, premiered last night on NBC.

Up All Night focuses on the lives of new parents, Regan (Christina) and Chris (Will), who struggle to balance work, family and their relationship.

In the pilot episode, Regan and Chris party a little too hard on their anniversary and quickly regret it when they wake up to a screaming baby and a hangover the next morning.

"You know who's not hungover?" Christina's character asks. "That baby!"

Christina and Will recently spoke with New York Magazine about their new show and Will explained, “Christina and I talked about this, but there are things in the pilot that are really accurate. Since the pilot, we find ourselves in situations where it’s like, ‘Wow, not only is this real, but we actually did this in the pilot. This is so strange.’
