Last night, after getting a parking ticket while getting a cup of coffee, I spent a few hours with a handful of the current season Biggest Losers and they’ve got me really believing it all comes down to old cliche of  eating right and exercise. So why, when I think I already live my life with these guidelines, do they lose hundreds of pounds while I continue my struggle with five?


For one, many of them have been running 5-15 miles/day! Sure, we don’t all have the luxury of time to do that daily, but it was definitely enough incentive to get me out for a four-mile run today before I go meet back up with them again!
