Conan O'Brien Picks TBS Over FOX

Ooh, burn! Despite a whole lotta buzz over becoming part of the FOX family, Conan O'Brien has decided to sign with TBS for his return to TV, multiple media outlets are reporting.
Conan Tweeted about the move, writing: "The good news: I will be doing a show on TBS starting in November! The bad news: I'll be playing Rudy on the all new Cosby Show."
While Conan and FOX had been dancing about a deal for months, since his exit from NBC and The Tonight Show, it seems all those talks came to nothing, perhaps because of limitations placed on any agreements. TheWrap.com says they were going to give him less money and not much of a chance that he'd get to own his show.

On the other hand, TBS reportedly stepped up to bet with a nice big deal, allowing Conan to own his show, like David Letterman, and tossing in an eight-figure salary, said to be "bigger than any other deal he's ever had," according to TheWrap.com.
