A medical professor who claims to be handicapped alleges she attended an Iggy and the Stooges concert with her husband in December and was assaulted by Johnny's security team, who allegedly dragged her across the VIP section of the venue, resulting in her shoes being removed and her clothes disheveled, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

The lawsuit alleges that when security handcuffed her and dragged her through the concert venue, her pants were removed and exposed "her buttocks to other Hollywood Palladium theater patrons."
Johnny allegedly witnessed the altercation, which supposedly escalated the woman's alleged previous health condition (reportedly spondyloarthritis, a type of joint disease) and created new injuries including cuts, bruises, scrapes, swelling and bleeding. The lawsuit also includes allegations of negligence, assault, battery and discriminatory practices.
