Kendra Wilkinson Baskett is open about her boob job and Kim Kardashian says she uses Botox, but their honesty remains rare in Hollywood.

According to top Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan (who recently performed Heidi Montag’s full-body overhaul), A-listers are happy to share surgery tips with fellow A-listers, but when it comes to their fans, they still “don’t want anyone to know” there’s more to their look than diet, exercise and good genes. “There’s a myth to maintain, that they’re special, just naturally beautiful,” he reasons.
