Critics Choice Awards 2012 Winners — George Clooney Wins Best Actor!

Ode to awards season! Smack in between the People's Choice Awards and Golden Globes is the Critics Choice Awards. Last night the Broadcast Film Critics Association doled out their 17th annual ceremony and the winners may perhaps be a pre-cursor to the Oscars! The silent picture, The Artist, won big and so did George Clooney!
OK! NEWS: PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS 2012 WINNERS — KATY PERRY WINS BIG! According to E! News, before the Best Actor winner landed his big role on ER, he had a life altering moment with his dad. "He just said to me, 'If you're not proud of what you're doing, then do it better, or do something else,'" George recalled. OK! GALLERY: STARS COLLIDE BACK STAGE AT THE PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS 2012! He continued, " 'You didn't have to be a sharecropper or make your own leisure suit, and we would hope that you are happy about that. We hope the work that you do, you would be proud of.'
