Courteney Cox may have been cheering ex David Arquette on from the audience during his time on Dancing With the Stars, but the actor insists that they are not headed toward a reconciliation.

Courteney's presence was to support David who is still her close friend and to foster a family unit for their 7-year-old daughter Coco.
“We love each other, we’re dear friends,” David told Barbara Walters on The View Thursday, adding that they’re just “not compatible.”
“That part of the relationship died,” he continued. “We grew apart.”
David, with partner Kym Johnson at his side, also talked about being sober for 10 months and how DWTS helped him stay focused and kept him off a self-destructive path.
