For David, drinking began at an unbelievably young age.
"I must have been four years old," he tells Oprah in an interview that airs tomorrow (via E! News). "I was down in the basement with my dad and the beer was there and I just grabbed it and drank it. I remember that. It's one of my earliest memories."
And that first drink eventually lead him to the point of needing an intervention.
"I came back from Miami and I had taken a nap and I woke up and sister Patricia Arquette and Courteney were at my bed," he recalls. "I was like, 'What are you two doing here together?'"
