Former teen heartthrob David Cassidy passed away November 21st at the age of 67.
"On behalf of the entire Cassidy family, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father, our uncle, and our dear brother, David Cassidy," his publicist Jo-Ann Geffen said in a statement. "David died surrounded by those he loved, with joy in his heart and free from the pain that had gripped him for so long. Thank you for the abundance and support you have shown him these many years."

The Partridge Family star was recently admitted to a Ft. Lauderdale hospital. He and his family hoped that he could get a liver transplant in time to save his live, however, David's condition quickly deteriorated. He remained in the intensive care unit for several days before succumbing to liver failure.
