Californication star David Duchovny and his wife Tea Leoni are making headlines this morning but it's not for their latest projects and what they're doing on screen. The couple has apparently taken time apart and has not officially filed for divorce.

According to TMZ, sources close to the couple indicate David and Tea haven't decided if they will end up getting divorced from their marriage which began in 1997.
