With the 2009 World Series title on his belt, Derek Jeter has even bigger plans according to Radar Online as he constructs a colossal estate in Tampa, Fla. to share with longtime girlfriend Minka Kelly.
The 35-year-old Yankee’s shortstop took Kelly along to oversee construction during the Thanksgiving weekend with plans to build a mansion coming in at over 30, 000 square feet, seven bedrooms, and a garage to hold nine cars Radar Online reports.

The soon to be baseball manor located on the private and affluent St. Davis Island has more than enough room for the doting duo to move into by the summer according to Radar Online and even boasts a whole section just for sports memorabilia.
And although Jeter is keeping busy while filming alongside Will Ferrell in The Other Guys, plans for a private estate wedding with Minka, 29, may not be too far in the future Radar Online estimates.
