Oprah started The Oprah Winfrey Show by saying, “One of the best ways we can prepare for giving is meditation,” Oprah opened her show, according to CNN's The Marquee Blog.

“Meditate on this!” she said and revealed a red ballgown, giant tree and presents as snow filled the studio!
“Hold on to yourself, it’s a long hour,” Oprah joked.
