Elycia is said to have told police, he "punched her in the back of the head, and threw her into a wall while in the downstairs bedroom."

But Frankie denied it saying, "I love her too much. She is the woman I want to marry."

He says he was awakened "by Elycia yelling at him and hitting him in the face" so he defended himself when "Elycia fell to the ground and started to kick the bedroom door."

According to the report, there were no visible injuries.

Frankie's rep has now released a statement to TMZ saying "Frankie and Elycia had an argument a few days ago. The police were called to the residence. A gun played no part in the argument and was voluntarily given to the police for safekeeping. There were no bruises and neither left the residence. He was not suicidal. She was not assaulted."

The rep adds that Frankie and Elycia are still together and are "moving forward with their lives and with their relationship."
