The often blissfully wedded couple that is LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian might be in some serious trouble.

It's no secret that LeAnn has battled deep emotional problems as of late. She checked into rehab in August and has a pending lawsuit against two women she claims bullied her, and Eddie is sick of all the "chaos."
"It never seems to end," the source said. "He can't take all of the drama anymore. He told her he needs some time alone to get his head together."

"LeAnn is the breadwinner and he's not about to destroy that gravy train," the insider revealed. "But he's checked out emotionally."
Meanwhile, Brandi is riding high with success from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and has plans to pen a tell-all book about Eddie's infidelity.
