One of those outrageous jumpsuits that defined Elvis's entire image in the 70s just sold for a massive $300,000 dollars.
The King had the 'peacock' suit, with its plunging V-neck, high collar, and hand-embroidered peacock design, made for his 1974 tour, and it was said to be his favorite outfit to perform in.
It sold last night in an online auction by Gotta Have It!, breaking the record for the priciest piece of his memorabilia, which had been $295,000 paid for one of his cars.
