Emeril Lagasse Joining 'Top Chef' as a Full-Time Judge!

Emeril Lagasse will be bring his "Bam!" to Top Chef! The celebrity chef will be a full-time judge on this season's show.

According to E! News, both Emeril Lagasse and Hugh Acheson (a previous Top Chef Masters competitor) will be joining the judging panel.
Tom Colicchio, Gail Simmons and Padma Lakshmi are all still on board, but there is one judge missing from Bravo's press release.
