Entertaining Expert Mark Addison’s Pretty In Pink Punch Is 'Summer In A Glass’

Entertaining expert Mark Addison is back, and this time he’s sharing a Pretty in Pink Punch recipe that tastes like “summer in a glass!”
The Cocktail Chameleon author, who initially created this brightly-colored libation for Mother’s Day, says the tasty drink is the perfect thing to elevate any occasion, and can even be made in batches and served at summertime soirees.
The pink drink contains “wonderful citrusy flavors” thanks to the grapefruit juice, which Addison says also gives it a “beautiful, rich hue,” and the light cocktail combines Kim Crawford rosé wine with chamomile tea.
As he explains, the tea adds a “mellow, earthy tone” to the drink that won’t overwhelm your palate, and actually acts as a “unexpected surprise.”
What’s more? As with many of Addison’s cocktail recipes, this one is also very adaptable. For example, if you aren’t a fan of chamomile tea, you can replace that with another black tea, and if you’d like to add an additional pop of pink to this punch, you can use watermelon instead of orange and lime wedges for garnish.
