She's Texas-bred and lives in Los Angeles, but Eva Longoria Parker is ready to take over Las Vegas!
The Desperate Housewives star is looking to heat things up in Sin City by expanding her L.A. restaurant Beso into a nightclub on the famous Strip.
“She’s really excited to have a place to party in Vegas with all her friends,” a pal tells OK!.
And her friends feel the same way. Jessica Alba is said to approve of the business venture.
“Jessica Alba thinks Beso is a solid investment,” a source tells OK!.
Eva opened Beso, which means "kiss" in Spanish, in March, with the help of renowned chef Todd English, earning respectable reviews from critics.
No word on when the 33-year-old plans to open the space, especially with the current projects on her plate. Eva, who withdrew her name from Alma Awards contention, is executive producing the September award show, and that's on top of her work on Desperate Housewives, for which she's made a "frumpy transformation."

"It's way more fun to play frumpy," Eva tells OK! of her new haggard character. "Then you can focus on story and character as opposed to having to always look great. I feel like she's dealing with a lot of real issues."
