Exclusive: 'RHOM' Star Lea Black Shares Her Favorite Holiday Recipes

The Real Housewives of Miami star Lea Black shares her two special holiday dishes she makes every year for her family.
For a main entree, the reality star loves to cook baked salmon for her husband.
"Roy’s favorite and fish oil is perfect for the health. It’s a holiday favorite at the Black’s!"

Heres how to do it:
"Mix together approximately 2 cloves garlic, 6 to 8 tbl. olive oil, 1 tsp. each of basil, salt, black pepper. 2 tbls. each of lemon juice and parsley. Let set in frig approximately 1 to 2 hrs. Pour over 2 salmon fillets and bake for 375 degrees until it flakes. Approximately 45 minutes," she told us.
"I serve with Spinach salad. It's a great combination."
For a side, Lea whips up a fruit salad, which her son loves and even helps her prepare.

"RJ and I make this together every year. So simple and yet so good!"
She combines the following for her recipe:
1 cup pineapple tidbits, 1 cup Mandarin oranges, 1 cup miniature marshmallows, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup sour cream.

"You can add Maraschino cherries for color. It's delicious, healthy and light," she said.
