Fashion Designer Sylvie Cachay's Autopsy Found Inconclusive

The autopsy of fashion designer, Sylvie Cachay, whose body was found in an upscale NYC hotel, was reportedly inconclusive.

CBS News New York reports that since detectives say the autopsy was inconclusive a tissue and toxicology test will have to be completed to help determine a cause of death.
Sylvie, who used to design for the likes of Victoria's Secret, is the founder of the SYLA swimsuit line and has worked with Victoria's Secret, was found dead inside a SoHo House hotel room on Thursday around 3 a.m.

Foul play is reportedly suspected. According to police, Sylvie's neck and collarbone were red and her body was floating face up in an overflowing bathtub.

Sylvie's reported ex-boyfriend, Nicholas Brooks, agreed to speak to detectives about her death. According to WCBS sources, Nicholas hired a lawyer on Friday.
Police have not released him citing an ongoing investigation, but Nicholas has not been criminally charged in the death of his girlfriend.
