Kim ran into what appears to be a friend on the streets of Beverly Hills, CA yesterday, and took a moment to play with her baby. Do you think Kim seems very naturally maternal? With her intense makeup look and high-fashion outfits (those ever-present heels!), she can feel a little stiff sometimes. It's cute to see her play around!
