Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are two high-profile movie stars, not to mention one of the hottest couples in Hollywood, so how did the power pair pull off a supersecret wedding?

Eonline.com reports people did know about the nuptials, but sources say they probably had to sign non-disclosure agreements — but that's not all. Celebs who want to keep things under wraps have a new way of ensuring that happens.

"Over the past few months, celebrities have been deliberately going with vendors, planners and locations that are outside of the typical Hollywood wedding game, as a way to keep their weddings secret," star wedding consultant Harmony Walton told the site. "Smaller vendors know that celebrity events can make or break them, so they're much more likely to keep their mouths shut."

It also helps that Blake and Ryan had their wedding in South Carolina.

"In the South, planners are used to being hush-hush and low-key about events no matter what. It's just how they do things," Harmony added.

Of course NDA's tend to keep people quiet. A standard vendor NDA usually includes a hefty fine of anywhere from $1 million to $5 million if information about the event is given to the press. However, Harmony said she's recently seen "a $20 million NDA. I've seen a $17 million NDA, as well. It's absurd, in a way, because most wedding professional would go out of business paying off even a $1 million breach. It's a scare tactic."

As Okmagazine.com previously reported, the bride wore a one-of-a-kind Marchesa couture ball gown with crystal and rose gold embroidery, while her bridesmaids wore blush silk chiffon dresses from the same designer.

And the ladies weren't the only stylish ones at the event. Ryan and his groomsmen wore Burberry suits accessorized with leather suspenders designed by the groom's friend Christopher Bailey.

This is the first marriage for Blake and the second for Ryan. He was previously married to Scarlett Johansson for two years. They divorced in July of 2011.
