Little Eko Chefs kicks off at the resort August 15 - 17 and will be hosted by MasterChef Junior winner Alexander Weiss (I mean, who else would you get to introduce a kids cooking program for the scooter set?).

The grand opening weekend will showcase a sampling of what Little Eko Chefs has to offer, as well as the opportunity to break bread with Alexander and learn some of his winning kitchen skills.

After the big launch, the Little Eko Chefs program will be available every weekday in the resort's Eko Kids Club, allowing your aspiring Bobby Flay or Rachael Ray to participate in hands-on cooking opportunities and tour their Greenhouse, hand-selecting produce to use in their dish, among other activities.

Sure beats standing in line after line at a crowded theme park, don't you think?
