Those who have been patiently waiting to watch The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo eight-minute trailer need not wait any longer — it officially hit the web today!
OK! NEWS: THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO RELEASES NEW MOVIE POSTER
The highly anticipated murder mystery, directed by David Fincher, is based on The Millennium Trilogy, the best-selling book series by Stieg Larsson. The upcoming flick only covers the first book, so fans of the well-known novels have plenty to look forward to!
And those who haven't read the books, don't worry, the extra-long trailer will help fill you in on the basic storylines, but definitely don't expect it to give too much away!
Do, however, plan on being introduced to gothic geek Lisbeth Salander, played by Rooney Mara, as well as other main characters like Mikael Blomkvist and Anita Vanger.
