The beauty, wearing a gray tank top, looks sultry with tousled, teased hair as she pouts over her shoulder at the camera.

"Back in shape, Gisele did her first work after giving birth to her baby," the Web site reads. "The setting was a studio in Boston and the Übermodel worked for several hours with the renowned photographer David Sims."
