Lesson two? Let your costume do the talking. Don't be like Karen who was more concerned with "looking sexy" than rocking a killer costume. Dressing up is what Halloween is all about, right?

On that note, don't take your outfit too far either. Trust us, there is a time and place for every elaborate costume (like Cady's zombie bride ensemble), but sometimes you just have to scale it down. Remember, "less is always more." Except when it comes to candy of course!
