
Green Light for SATC Sequel?

Break out those cosmo recipes and strap on the Manolo Blahniks –the Sex and the City movie sequel is reportedly this close to becoming a reality.
Entertainment Weekly quotes a source as saying that the movie is getting "Ever closer, every day," despite the fact that Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis have yet to ink official deals.
At the same time, a script for the sequel, said to be coming summer 2010, isn't complete either, but the insider is already dishing about the plot.

"It's going to be more comedic, and shorter, than the first," says the source. And even in this chilly economic climate, the fabulous clothing and expensive accessories will be included in the film, since "there's still a need for escapism."
