Gwyneth Paltrow Disses Notion She Had Ghostwriter for Cookbook, 'My Father's Daughter'

If you ever want to question Gwyneth Paltrow's ability to write, think again.

A recent article in The New York Times claims that her book, My Father's Daughter, was actually penned by a ghostwriter and not Gwyneth herself.

The article, "I was a cookbook ghostwriter," outs Gwyneth's ghostwriter as Julia Turshen and mentions that Julia and Gwyneth are collaborating on a second cookbook.

Actually, Julia started her ghostwriting career as a writer for the ghostwriter of Mario Batali and said in the piece, "It actually helps to be an idiot. A hungry one."

But Gwyneth took to social media to set the record straight; according to the Oscar winner, she wrote the book sans ghostwriter.

Gwyneth Tweeted, “Love @nytimes dining section but this weeks facts need checking. No ghost writer on my cookbook, I wrote every word myself.”
