It's official! Oscar winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow has signed on the dotted line. That's right, she inked her first record deal with Atlantic Records to the tune of $900,000!

Between her appearances on Glee and musical performance on Country Strong (not to mention recent awards ceremonies), it sounds like the deal she was mulling over during the Oscars has been signed, sealed and delivered. According to The Boot, the album will be country-pop yet Gwyneth has expressed interest in recording with Jay-Z and of course, Chris Martin, her husband and lead singer of Coldplay!
