Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss! Celebrities Love Him Too!

Tomorrow is Dr. Seuss' birthday and also the most ideal time to order green eggs and ham for breakfast. In school classrooms and out, many of us grew up reading these famously praised children's books.

A few of his acclaimed books like The Grinch Who Stole Christmas and The Cat in the Hat were turned into major motion pictures. Last year, The Lorax was released as an animated film with voicing by Ed Helms, Taylor Swift, Zac Efron, Danny DeVito and everyone's favorite, Betty White.

We had to know what stars celebrate, so we conjured up these pictures of celebs reading during Read Across America events and celebrating the release of these big Seuss movies on the red carpet.
In 2010, First Lady Michelle Obama sat down with a group of students at a Read Across America event and read The Cat and the Hat. We just love this lady! She showed up to read in 2011 as well.

All Star Tennis Player Serena Williams showed her Dr. Seuss birthday support by sporting the signature Cat in the Hat striped hat.
At the premiere for Dr. Seuss' The Lorax, cutie Zac Efron and Danny DeVito posed with the character himself. Danny DeVito was actually the voice of the character in the movie.
Taylor Swift rocked a pale pink dress that totally complemented the Lorax's bright orange fur. Nice choice, Tay.
