It is also being reported that the much-anticipated toxicology results of the Brokeback Mountain star's autopsy are to be revealed soon — possibly as early as Tuesday. The initial medical examiner's report was inconclusive as to cause of death.
The toxicology reports are expected to shed significant light on the mystery of the actor's passing. Sources have confirmed to OK! that in recent years Heath had struggled with his substance abuse demons and police have confirmed that there were a variety of prescription medications in the room where the actor was found on Jan. 22.
