Heidi Montag showed off her new beach body this weekend — in a self-designed bikini — as she hosted the grand opening of the Liquid Pool Lounge at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. The media extravaganza marks the first time The Hills star and singer has been photographed in a bikini since undergoing 10 cosmetic procedures in one day late last year.

The 23-year-old played with a variety of props during her photo shoot — blowing bubbles, bouncing balls and shooting water guns to the amusement of spectators nearby.

Hubby Spencer Pratt didn't appear in any pics, giving Heidi the spotlight all to herself!

The reality star underwent a mini brow lift, Botox in her brow and frownline area, a nose job revision, fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, a chin reduction, neck liposuction, had her ears pinned back, a breast augmentation revision, liposuction on her waist, hips and inner and outer thigh and a buttock augmentation.

Heidi definitely looked like a plastic Barbie in her bikini — an ideal she hoped to achieve.

Heidi may be saying goodbye to The Hills this year, but plans to pursue her dreams as a film actress.

She is an extra in Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston's new movie, Just Go For It.
