Heidi Montag Ready To Pose for Playboy Again

After receiving upwards of ten plastic surgeries at the ripe age of twenty three, Heidi Montag reveals that she is more than ready to pose for Playboy again and go under the knife for more procedures according to new reports.

"I am doing Playboy again... soon, very soon. I cannot wait to show off my new assets, I am very excited,” Heidi gushed to Radar Online in Las Vegas on Saturday.

And apparently, Heidi wants to take it all off for her second Playboy spread as she is considering a shower shoot to show off her new body.

Even after the reality starlet went to Dr. Frank Ryan in LA for a nose job, chin job, breast enlargement, and botox injections just to name a few, Spencer Pratt’s wife isn’t at all ready to quit.

"I do want more. I would like to get my breasts re-done because I couldn't get them the size I wanted because they couldn't fit,” Heidi explains to Radar Online of her desire for more plastic surgery.

But at the end of the day, Heidi reveals that its what’s on the inside that really counts.

"It is who you are on the inside that really matters, this is just the shell at the end of the day,” the Hills star confirms to Radar Online.

And since Dr. Ryan claims that he will not be operating on Heidi again, it’s a mystery who shell turn to for her next operation.
