New mama Hilary Duff is in a bit of hot water, according to a recent report.

E! News obtained court documents which show that a woman named Rachel Owens alleges that Hilary crashed her Range Rover into her car in 2010. This allegedly resulted in serious injuries to Rachel.
Apparently, the injuries halted her from completing job requirements though the report didn't identify her occupation. The claim said it "prevented her from attending her usual occupation for a period of time in the future."

Not only that, but Hilary's taking some heat for being spotted with a cigarette in her hand. Being in the public eye, however, keep in mind things get magnified so she took to Twitter to set the record straight.
She wrote, "Yikes me holding a cigarette for my friend might have been a bad idea! pretty bummed about the photo.. Sorry guys, looks worse than it is!"
