Hollywood Reacts to the Death of Katy Perry's Ex Johnny Lewis Who is Suspected of Murder

Sons of Anarchy actor Johnny Lewis was found dead this morning and the creator of the show Kurt Sutter is speaking out.

"Not sure if folks know this yet, but Johnny Lewis (Halfsack) died last night," Kurt wrote on his WhoSay page. "It was a tragic end for an extremely talented guy, who unfortunately had lost his way. I wish I could say that I was shocked by the events last night, but I was not. I am deeply sorry that an innocent life had to be thrown into his destructive path."

Katy Perry dated Johnny from 2005-2006 and police found him in a driveway after falling or jumping to his demise proceeding a fight with his landlady, Catherine Davis who was also found deceased in her Los Feliz home.

Cops have pinpointed Johnny as Catherine's number one murder suspect, theorizing that he beat the 81-year-old woman and her cat to death before falling to his own.

The actor made his big screen debut in Raise Your Voice in 2004, which starred Hilary Duff and although she has not commentted on the situation, her sister Haylie Tweeted her condolences.

"So sad to hear the news about Johnny Lewis. Such a nice and talented guy. RIP."
