Ellen Pompeo left L.A. hot spot Ago Restaurant yesterday in West Hollywood all bundled up. Looks like the Grey's Anatomy star picked up a box of sweets to bring home to her hubby Chris Ivery and baby, Stella Luna, who turns five months old on Feb. 15!

Ellen stepped out in a gray faux fur coat for the afternoon outing in West Hollywood.

The new mom got her post-baby body back fast, looking slim and fit in her outfit.
