When we think of love, of course we think of our favorite paparazzi-loving reality couple, Speidi. Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag hosted a party at Pure Nightclub during Valentine's Day weekend in Las Vegas on Saturday to show off just how much love they have for each other — and for being photographed.
The attention-seeking twosome smooched it up on the red carpet, showing off Heidi's new lips, body and face — the result of 10 plastic-surgery procedures done in one day.
