Howard Stern may be known for his sense of humor during his morning radio show, but the shock jock says he'll be taking his new job judging America's Got Talent seriously.
Howard confirmed this morning that he'll be taking Piers Morgan's former spot as an America's Got Talent judge next season.
While on the air of his radio show, Howard said he was signing the contract.
"I take judging very seriously," Howard said (via The New York Daily News).
Howard will join judges Sharon Osbourne, Howie Mandel and host Nick Cannon.
However, Howard won't be giving up his radio show to do the new gig. Instead, America's Got Talent is moving to NYC and Howard will do both jobs.
