When Hugh Hefner noticed the buzz over Lindsay Lohan’s recently leaked Playboy pictorial pictures online, the magazine mogul announced on Twitter Friday that he would push up the release date for what he calls “a true collector’s edition.”

“The actual Lindsey Lohan issue will be available on newsstands at the end of next week,” Hugh tweeted of the actress’ Marilyn Monroe inspired spread and added, “Hot. Hot. Hot.”
When Hugh saw that, “the Lindsay Lohan pictorial has been leaked on the Internet & is causing a sensation,” he almost immediately made the photos available on Playboy’s website, “due to high demand.”
The 85-year-old also took time to explain the theme of the photo shoot being, “inspired by the Marilyn Monroe nudes by Tom Kelley that launched Playboy & her career.”

“The Lindsey Lohan issue will make the perfect Christmas issue for men in your life--father, son, husband, boyfriend, whoever,” Hef said of the upcoming magazine, which he thinks will be, “a true Collector's Edition.”
