Dancing with the Stars hottie Maksim Chmerkovskiy needs to be on his toes! While he's reportedly been dating Olympic ice skater Meryl Davis—the duo's chemistry helped them win the Mirrorball trophy in May—a source says he hasn't let go of ex-girlfriend Kate Upton, 22.

Meryl, 27, discovered some sexy exchanges between the former lovers on Maks' phone, and now her guard is up. "Meryl found pics of Kate blowing kisses, and hse freaked," the source says. She shouldn't be too surprised. Maks, 34, is gaining a reputation as a player, with a long list of exes that includes DWTS pros Karina Smirnoff, Elena Grinenko, and Peta Murgatroyd.
