Jack Osbourne and fiancée Lisa Stelly have a lot to celebrate!
Gossip Cop confirms their daughter, Pearl, was born this week. According to his rep, Pearl entered the world at 8 pounds, 6 ounces.

Sounds like Auntie Kelly is pretty darn thrilled about the new addition! Kelly Osbourne Tweeted, "thank you so much for your congratulations but they realy should be gonig to @lisamarstelly & @mrjacko! I am one proud Auntie!" Then she added, "Today has been one of the most amazing days of my life!"

In October, Jack shocked his parents when he announced on Piers Morgan Tonight that he was going to be a father. At the time, he told Piers, "My life is absolutely insane right now... I guess, technically, I do have something tell you: I'm about to be a father."
Ozzy Osbourne is probably already a proud grandpa, because he jumped up and shouted during taping, "My boy! My Boy!"

Adding that it was fabulous news, his mother Sharon Osbourne was pretty darn thrilled, too. She told Piers, "I'm happy because it's what Jack wants. So I'm happy, and I've always wanted to be a grandma, so it couldn't be better."
