Jennifer Aniston and Nicole Kidman were working on the set of their new film on Monday in Maui, but it hardly seems like work when it's set in such a beautiful location! The ladies were spotted chatting and going for a ride around the set while soaking up the sun!

Nicole told Entertainment Tonight that everyone's kids on set are becoming close friends and Jen even said she's getting her the "kid fix" she needs!
