Jennifer Lopez, who is expecting twins with hubby Marc Anthony, may turn to running to get back in shape post-pregnancy.
“I used to run track,” the 38-year-old diva says. “It was such a big part of my life. It changed my life. It made me disciplined. It made me healthy and ready for everything. It prepared me for what I do in my job right now. It gave me the perseverance, courage, health.”
The singer’s 20-city tour with Marc is supported by ING’s Run for Something Better and Orange Laces campaign, which funds running programs for kids.
“We want to give people what we think is important, which is health. We both know that without your health, you have nothing.”
Her new album, Brave, is in stores today.
