OWN hasn't had the best ratings since it's been on the air and now it looks like it will be down a television series as well.
Jenny and Oprah signed a development deal in 2009, but according to a FOX411 source, Jenny has left the network.
“Jenny wasn’t thrilled with the direction that OWN producers were going with on the show,” the source said. “She had been working with Oprah and her producers for over a year, developing this project for OWN. Jenny finally decided to embrace Oprah’s philosophy, which is to ‘follow your bliss.’ Well, Jenny followed her bliss and walked right off the project.”

She walked out and into the arms of another network — NBC!
According to FOX411's source, Jenny took her project to NBC instead, and while NBC won't comment on shows in development, OWN did comment that they are not working with Jenny.
“OWN does not have a show in development with Jenny McCarthy,” the rep said.
We hope they can stay friends!
