More trouble for Sandra Bullock's husband, Jesse James: A photographer and Jesse made a private person's arrest on each other today, law enforcement officials confirmed to Gossip Cop.

Jesse accuses the photographer of stalking while the photographer reportedly accuses Jesse of vandalizing his property, Gossip Cop reports.
At 9:30 a.m. PST, a photographer reportedly called the police in Long Beach, Calif. to report that Jesse vandalized his property, which is thought to be his car, but that was not confirmed by the police.

When the cops arrived at the scene, near West Coast choppers, Jesse and the photographer made a mutual citizen's arrest.

A police investigation will be made and the charges are misdemeanors.
