As OK! reported to you first in last week's issue, Jessica Simpson is totally crushing on Smashing Pumpkins rocker Billy Corgan — and it seems her emotions are becoming even more intense! "She has fallen hard and is smitten," a source tells E! News, adding that the twosome consider themselves to be "officially dating."
However another source close to Jess tells E! those around her are a bit worried about the situation.

"He's just another in an endless string of Jessica's boyfriends," says the source. "They think he's too old for her. No one takes any of her boyfriends seriously anymore because she has had so many. They're sick of all of them being 'the one.' "
For the record, Billy is 42 to Jessica's 29 — not exactly a huge deal in Hollywood.
