Guests dined on gnocchi with brown butter and papardelle with yellow tomato sauce for the pasta starters. The entrées included short ribs and pan-seared snapper. For dessert, there were mini s’mores, ginger snap crumble, banana brown betties, and pudding pies. So was Jessica, who signed a reported $4 million deal with Weight Watchers to lose her baby weight within a year, ignoring her diet?
“Jessica has been sticking to her program like a pro,” an insider tells OK!. “She’s doing the Weight Watchers points program and she’s got a notebook that she uses to write down everything she eats.”
Her birthday menu perfectly illustrates why Jessica loves and is able to do so well on her new program: “She loves this diet because there aren’t any foods that are off limits,” the insider explains. “For healthy, long-term weight loss, she’s been told to use most of her points on lean protein and fruits and veggies, but if she craves a treat she can have it. Indulging once a week is actually encouraged, which Jess loves.”
