Jess looked totally thrilled to have her picture taken in NYC on Thursday as she returned to her hotel, showing off her shapely gams in some cut-off shorts. If we looked as great she does, we'd be smiling too!
Contributing to her glow might be her self-professed habit of being single and mingling — nothing like a good date to give you a certain glow!
