Jimmy Buffet Out of Hospital After Fall Off Stage in Sydney

Jimmy Buffett has been released from the hospital after a fall from a concert stage in Australia left the singer unconscious, with mild head trauma.

The "Margaritaville" singer was performing at a concert in Sydney when he reportedly fell off the front of the stage, his sight obscured by a change in stage lighting.

“As you probably already know, Jimmy had an accident while performing in Sydney last night and was taken to the hospital," read a statement posted yesterday on the 64-year-old musician's website. "The doctors say he is doing well and will be released tomorrow. More info as we get it, and thank you for all of your well-wishes!"

He has since been released from the hospital to continue his recovery.
