Joaquin Phoenix Returning to 'Late Show with David Letterman'

Joaquin Phoenix is returning to the Late Show with David Letterman for the first time since February 2009. Hopefully, this time, he'll leave the awkwardness at home.

According to PopEater, Joaquin is headed over to chat with David Letterman on Sept. 22 for the first time since his painfully awkward appearance back in February 2009.
